Scared of what energy drinks have done to me?

Hey everyone. I'm a healthy 22 year old male. I'm 5'9, 178 lbs at 9% body fat. I workout twice a day, usually with cardio in the morning and weightlifting in the late afternoon and use my Sundays for yoga. I have no history of illness. The reason I'm posting this is to get an opinion. My blood pressure is abnormally high for someone like myself, 146/128 to be exact. I cannot figure out why it's so high but I have an idea of what may be the culprit but I may be wrong. I used to drink 2 maybe sometimes 3 energy drinks a day for about a year and just stopped last Thursday. I am hoping that this will help alleviate my blood pressure. Does anyone have an idea of exactly how detrimental energy drinks can be? Can the damage done, if any, be repaired considering I'm relatively young and lead a healthy lifestyle? Thank you for your input.
