Someone stole my gift card number and used it, can i get my money back?

I just found out that a 60 dollar video game from amazon was purchased using my 200 dollar gift card. Can i get my money back? s there a statue of limitation that will void my option to get my money back if the fraud is reported too late???How ca i catch this culprit??? Thank you!
