Would 3 A-levels be too much?

I want to be a barrister and i've been doing my re-search and to be make the movements you need atleast 3 a-levels of any kind then go on and do a degree etc but do you think 3 a levels would be to much? The a levels i'm looking to do are law, psychology and english language. Answers are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
