Who to contact for photo pass?

I am a young photographer looking to get into more concert photography and i am having trouble in who i should contact to get a photo-pass. I have shot bands such as Coheed and Cambria, The Dear Hunter, and Circa Survive and i do shoot for a University newspaper but i am confused on who i should contact for other shows and what i should say..please help?
