Is it really Justice or Injustice?

If a solicitor or barrister has a client that is clearly guilty they still have to ensure that they are provided the minimum rights that they are entitled to. In these cases the defence party are simply there for the money. So long as they ensure the police have investigated their client properly and question inaccuracies in the prosecution case then they will have done their job.
