Ibs symptoms and experience?

i have heard anxiety disorder and ibs go hand in hand so basically telling my story please put input.. i have had anxiety disorder for 6 years now and get pains all over at time like lil pricks or stings i have had urine test done and blood work done every 6 months but the anxiety seems to be culprit i get these pains in groin and. after i eat certain foods or alcohol my stomache gets hard and i feel sick to stomach and increased anxiety alos my bowels frequently changed constipated hard stools one day and next fine. i also get cramps in lower abdomen almost debilateing at times and when i get them i have to use bathroom fast.. feels better after bowel movement and urination at times but also get pains when sitting in chair like right now and chair isnt very comfortable im 28 male 190 pounds and blood work done in january and urine test 2 weeks ago what could this be.?
