How can I get my wife to talk to me?

if she doesnt want to get counselling then maybe you should by yourself to start with. clearly you need someone you can talk to. you are being emotionally abused by putting up with everything. i know a great online professional counsellor. she charges $25 an hour though but she is very good. she accepts alertpay payments. try her you wont be disappointed and she might even know a way to get through to your wife. hope this helps and things work out. her email is s_fernandez1@live.com.
