yes you can darling, sorry that you cant speak to your mum and dad about this situation, but i really think you need to, so you can have their support. and to prevent any further pregnancies get yourself on some birth control, such as the pill, or the implant. and please try and speak to your parents, you never know, they might surprise you. xx
