Botox causing new wrinkles?

I had botox injected into my brow, and within months I was getting long vertical wrinkles under the sides of my eyes (they almost look like tears) every night after I slept. My sleep wrinkles were never permanent before, but now they are. Could botox be the culprit?? I also have a vertical groove up the center of my forehead now..
