Would it be use-full to reopen the Atlanta Child Murder Cases?

For many Americans, the 'Atlanta Child Murders' is seen as a dark paragraph in Americas history. To most people there is no mystery to the Case; Wayne Williams was seen by witnesses with some of the victims a short time before they vanished, he drove the same type of car seen picking up some victims, Fibres found on victims matched Fibres found in Williams home. Dog hairs were found on victims, Williams owned a dog. While not open and shut, the evidence was enough to convict Williams. But there is also evidence some feel is compelling that many of the Atlanta victims were killed by another or other murderers. Do you feel the evidence is compelling enough to reopen the Atlanta Murder Cases? or is it too late to find the other culprits, (if there are any)? Would a new Enquiry end the the usual crazy 'Conspiracy Theories'?
