I got job offer with Qatar Airways UK,and contract was signed by Rahl Cypher is it real or fake?

I have completed all process the remaining one is to pay 550GBP for basic travelling allowance BTA for verification then they will return back my money.Is it real or fake?and Barrister for my visa process is Tom Caleb who is company legal adviser,kindly assist me if its true or false.
