How to stop pearlscale goldfish from bullying other goldfish?

I have two pearlscale goldfish(one with a wen) and one telescope eyed goldfish. All are relatively small but one(Bessy) is bigger than the other two. The tele-eyed one is new to the tank. The tank is only 30 gallons(larger tank sprung a leak and is having to be repaired). They have been in there for a few weeks now and I noticed smaller crowned(wen) pearlscales back fins look kind of nipped(his fins hang down and fold into itself like a large scarf so it's kind of hard to tell but when I put the new guy in there I noticed over night his fins ripped at. I was housing a friend's betta until he got his tank cycled and thought the betta was the culprit and removed him to quarantine but I noticed Bessy chasing both other fish around and she is bigger than the others. I tried rearranging tank but that doesn't seem to stop her(not sure if actually female). She gets really aggressive at feeding time. She did the chasing think some in the larger tank but I think it's gotten worse since the move. Is there anything I can do or do I need to get rid of her? In the USA they'd just both be 'lawyers'. In more UK jurisdictions the 'lawyer' role is split. Barristers are the 'lawyer' who argue the cases in court, solicitor is the lawyer that does the office work on a case. There is of course overlap. Sudden illness, whats wrong?

Last night I felt alittle weird but not too bad. This morning I woke up with a headache, abit of an aching bodys, and my eyeballs felt hot. I decided to ignore it and continue with my morning plans which was a hike. I did a intense 2 mile hike, got home and immediately layed down. Fast forward 6 hours, My eyeballs continue to burn, I'm too weak to barely even lift my head up, my body is burning and freezing from fever, I feel congestion in my lungs, my head feels like its in a vice grip, my body aches everytime I move and my jaw is cramping. I did go to a water park last Monday, acouple months ago I had an extremely aggresive case of the hives which appeared for about a week all over my body and dissapeared just as soon as they came. Several even grander allegations were reported by a hispanic news paper based in Los Angeles which exaggerated stories and even went as far as claiming my family had a contracted hit man working for us. the reporter who wrote these news paper articles claims she did some investigative reporting with some supposed slaves and collaberated with the FBI in their investigation, it turns out she was interviewing two disgruntled employees who wanted to gain legal residency from this. i want to know if i can effectively sue a news paper for not doing a detailed investigation on such a heavy case? what can i do? do i have a case? might the FBI be liable as well?

My hypothyroidism was very tricky. I even had a test come back normal even though my levels were crazy. I'd say either find a new doctor (because yours doesn't seem very good) or contact and endocrinologist. I was convinced I had hypothyroidism even though people didn't believe me! So after you find a decent doctor you'll probably be wondering about medication. I have to take one pill a day and have regular blood tests to check my levels. Its really not as difficult to treat as it is to diagnose! Until then just take things one step at a time :)

Eye muscle surgery as child, migraines as an adult?

When I was about 5 years old I had surgery to fix the weak muscles in one of my eyes. Maybe 10 years later, I started suffering from migraines that have only gotten worse as I've aged. Now almost 30, it isn't odd for me to get a daily migraine. I've seen several neurologists. Gone the chemical prescription route. Gone the herbal route. Tried a chiropractor, acupuncture... Made diet changes. All of that with no real result. Is it possible that surgery as a child could be the culprit? What kind of doctor do I go to get this possibility checked out? This is a good way to earn money when you are this young. I used to do it when i was your age. I actually started at 13 now that i think about it. i have a puppy which ive had since he was 7 weekd ols, he lives outside with our older dog, during the first few weeks i had him he stayed in the laundry where he started off using newspaper as his toilet then he went to live outside when he was a little bigger. When he was in the laundry i used to put him outside to do his business but he never did anything until he was back inside again. Id love for him to be able to come inside every now and then and sit with us on the couch and play etc.. But he does his business anywhere and everywhere, so if i do let him in its only for a few minutes at a time. Any advice? Is it possible to train him to live outside yet come inside and not do his business in the house? Hope someone can help :)

Now however, I and my family have noticed that I have been seriously irritable and mad all the time since I began to eat the chocolate again. I just switched to cable internet last month from dialup (yes, I waited a long time). The Windows section grew a couple of gigabytes, but the Program Files did most of the growing in that time. No particular sub-folder in Program Files seems to be responsible, and the total space used by individual folders doesn't add up to the total space used by Program Files, even with hidden files included. I couldn't find a virus, either. What happened, and what can I do to avoid it in the future?

17 and wondering about becoming a barrister?

Can my HP dv9000 with power issues be fixed?

Recently, my HP dv9000 laptop has started acting up. What it does is when I start it up, it will click on, get to the HP Invent screen, and power itself off. I cannot get it past this screen, it doesn't respond to having any of the F# buttons pressed and that actually seems to shut it down faster. I brought it to my free campus computer repair desk but since it is a hardware issue (they say it is the power control chip being burned out though I have found a few things about maybe the video card being the culprit) they cannot fix it for me. However, I'm wondering if this issue is even fixable at all. Is there anything I can do? I bought this computer back in the summer of 2008, so there isn't a warranty on it any more. Neck pickup no sound? Les Paul?

About 2 weeks ago the neck pickup on my Les Paul copy guitar started cutting in and out. Going from high volume to little to no volume at all. I looked in the space on the other side of the volume/tone pots. One wire on the volume pot for this problem pickup wasn't hooked to anything. It seemed to me that every other pot had every wire connected. I assumed this was the problem. There was a small spot that appeared to have had this wire soldered to it at one point. So anyways I soldered it to that spot and now it doesn't just cut out, it's completely silent (at least since then....about 3 hours ago.) I would much rather fix it myself or have a friend look at it then line Guitarcenter's pockets. What are the most likely culprits?

Why will no one hire me for a job?

they could be wrong, but they could also be right and they are in the right and aren't trying to get you to just waste money. most common problem seen in car charging system malfunction is the batter is dead, so you replace the battery number one, right or wrong on that its preventive maintenance and a good thing to do anyway. next thing is next, if that cable is bad then there is no way for the alternator to be able to charge the battery. That cable is the only thing going from the alternator to the battery and is pretty much like a "bridge" and current is like traffic. if part of a bridge is down to where it slows traffic, it slows everything down and is less effective for the job its designed to do. if not enough current is getting across the "bridge" then the battery isn't charging well enough meaning it wont have enough juice to start the vehicle. last and most expensive to replace is your alternator, that's why this is done as a last resort unless they know for a fact its dead. There could also be something still on in the vehicle causing the battery to drain while its off, you can never really be too sure when it comes to electrical without checking. My biggest advice tho, which may be a little bit odd, but for the cable to be replaced there is a better way to get it done that is more reliable and can possibly be a lot cheaper than going to a mechanic. Find a local car audio store and tell them you want a "big 3" upgrade done on your alternator. they will replace all the wiring for the alternator to bigger, better wiring. we usually do this for high powered audio systems, but its a good thing to do even on a stock vehicle because it ensures nothing goes wrong in the wiring aspect of the charging system. car audio installers know more about charging system problems than autozone and mechanics. that's one thing you would never think of, but truth is we know them back and fourth and what works well to be efficient and reliable to safely operate extra electronics without damaging anything. An audio installer will be your best friend on this one, trust me. mechanics just know how to replace parts and test parts for deficiency, car audio installers will find the problem and fix it better than how it was. the wire we use also is only around $2-3 a foot, and could be cheaper if the shop has scrap from previous installations. so with parts and labor it is going to be cheaper than having a mechanic do it for you, and more reliable.

Not sure what the education requirements are for a Barrister in England but in the US you need to obtain a 4 year degree from a College or University maintaining good grades and then take an entrance exam(LSAT) to get accepted into a Law School which is 3 years. After graduation from Law School you must take and pass a Bar exam(2-3 day test on all aspects of the law). If you pass you are license to practice, If you fail you can not practice law. You can retake the test once a year until you pass or give up. Total 7 years of schooling costing between $100k-$250k depending on where you go to qualify for taking the Bar Exam. Neither England or the US will accept each others qualifications to practice law.

97 GMC Yukon Ignition problems?

Hello I was hoping anyone had information about what you be the culprit behind this. Yesterday I left to run some errands and noticed when I put the key in the ignition it turned towards me, allowing the radio to come on, but then I had a very hard time getting it to turn on. By the end of the day at my last stop it wouldn't budge at all! The ignition is locked(and just allowing me to turn in towards myself a little), the steering wheel is completely locked, and then of course the gear won't shift out of park. Is there a fast way to potty train a puppy?

I have a puppy that is 9 weeks old. He's fine when he goes outside but when it comes to house training him it doesn't seem to work. We have one place in the apartment where he is aloud to do his business. We don't have any of those wee wee pads but we have down newspaper. Every time he goes 1 or 2 on the carpet we punish him, rub his nose in it then put him on the news paper but later he just seems to do it all over again. If you want to double major and it won't be too much work, do that. If not you can always get a BA in English and get your Master's in Journalism, I've heard a lot of people doing that. Also while you're doing your Bachelor's try and get an internship working with the city newspaper and try to get onto your school's newspaper staff if you have those options.

38 year old male with low sex drive?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 yrs ago and hav since been on synthroid 200mcgs everyday. My sex drive was still low so i went to urologist and he checked my testosterone levels which were normal. It's not a bad choice and the price is right. If the water pump is the original this is a good time to replace it anyway, and if it fixes the leak it is totally worth it. If not, at least you have a new pump and can rule the pump out as the source of the leak.

Dirt/dust inside my ENGINE?!?

My car's about to hit 100,000k......I opened the hood today to put some window cleaner in the appropriate tank....and I see a layer of DUST covering the entirety of the inside of the hood/engine. Ibs symptoms and experience?

i have heard anxiety disorder and ibs go hand in hand so basically telling my story please put input.. i have had anxiety disorder for 6 years now and get pains all over at time like lil pricks or stings i have had urine test done and blood work done every 6 months but the anxiety seems to be culprit i get these pains in groin and. after i eat certain foods or alcohol my stomache gets hard and i feel sick to stomach and increased anxiety alos my bowels frequently changed constipated hard stools one day and next fine. i also get cramps in lower abdomen almost debilateing at times and when i get them i have to use bathroom fast.. feels better after bowel movement and urination at times but also get pains when sitting in chair like right now and chair isnt very comfortable im 28 male 190 pounds and blood work done in january and urine test 2 weeks ago what could this be.?
