Applying for a newspaper job. What do I do? What would they look for? Age?

I'm sure they first confirm transportation of some sorts to ensure their papers could be delivered. Not sure where you live but the classic "paper boy" on a bike is sort of a thing of the past. People deliver more via vehicles now a days.
