What would cause a harley front brake lever to stick in the out position?

It stick in the out position and is hard as a rock. It takes some serious squeezing the release it again. Then it will be fine for a little while and then it just happens sporadically. I was having this before and thought a pinch in my braided line and possibly the master cylinder were the culprit. Well I bought a brand new braided line for the dealership and bought a used but in like new condition caliper that operates fine and installed them and put in new brake fluid. Then the next day is when it happened again and almost killed me. Any ideas on this?
